Abigail Rex

Vice President, Multifamily, San Diego

Ms. Rex has served as our Vice President, Multifamily, San Diego, since December 2021, and previously as our Director of Multifamily for the San Diego region from November 2017 until December 2021. Ms. Rex is responsible for overseeing the operations of the multifamily portfolio in San Diego, encompassing over 1,400 units. From 2007 to 2017, Ms. Rex worked at Capital Growth Properties, Inc., AMO®, in various roles with the most recent serving as the Director of Residential Property Management. Ms. Rex has over 25 years of experience in leading and managing multifamily projects, mixed-used portfolios and association management. She serves as the immediate Past President of the San Diego Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), has served on the IREM Board of Directors for over 7 years and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Southern California Rental Housing Association. Ms. Rex received the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation in 2014 and received her Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) designation in 2006 through IREM. Ms. Rex received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from San Diego State University.
